I found you because I just recently was booted from Facebook for standing up for Glenn Beck. Even more than usual, I am fighting mad! It boggles my mind that the Liberals think that the 1st Amendment only applies to them! I think that I am definately going to be at the March on D.C now. We have to be heard!

He was receptive, attentive, and interested in our concerns regarding the UNCRC and promised to look into the situation and speak to other co-sponsors of the parental rights amendment petition. This is something that needs to be addressed now, because 5 years on down the line it may be too late. For more information and to sign the petition, please go to www.parentalrights.org. All help and interest is appreciated at this point. Our small group is very well informed and eloquent and it was a pleasure to bring this quest to Rep. Chaffetz's attention.

After he found out that I was trying to get better so I could go to Washington...he said he would fit me in, do whatever he could and then he "high 5'ed me!" My mom hasn't been doing well either so I have been lying low, trying to mend and taking care of her. Thanks for thinking about me. I'll be back to my old self soon! Man, I hated missing the Take Back Utah Rally! Just goes against my nature. Did I forget anything? Oh...thanks Candace for all you do. I am so proud of us all, aren't you? There's much more work to be done but people are waking up and I am bursting with pride!

I am attending a meeting with Jason Chaffetz tomorrow with Parental Rights.Org regarding the parental rights amendment being sponsored by many of our congressmen right now in response to the UNCRC bill being shoved down our throats, which will make parental rights in the United States subject to international law. I also hope that everyone knows about Rep. Chaffetz's town hall meetings he will be holding the last week in August. They are listed on his website, www. chaffetz.house.gov. The one in Provo is at the Utah County Courthouse ballroom at 7:00 p.m. on Aug. 25th. I will be there!!!

I may not get to come to the FB BBQ because of the saga with my mouth. It's been awful and I am a tad freaked. Stuff scheduled for July 28 so I don't know how I will look or how I will be feeling by Aug.8...keep your fingers crossed. And I'll keep you in my thoughts...all I know is that I'd better be feeling better by Sept.12 because I am going to Washington come hell or high water!

I know you're not a prophet, but to quote some scripture, Your "friends [have] not [stood] by thee.." and from Nemo: "Who needs friends like these when you can have anemones?" I'm sure you're over it by now, but it makes me MAD!!! I do not want a revolution, but I am afraid that once "they" try to silence us physically, we're not far from it. Too many people will not stand for it. And with the stupidity of some out there, willing to give up 1st Amendment rights of others because they don't agree with them, I fear we're not far. Even during the Iraq War, anti-war protesters were not shut up because people didn't like what they had to say. They were free to protest. I pray every day that God allow us to keep our liberties, despite the apathy and ingratitude of many. Ugh.
